1. Listening

5. Positive Reinforcement
*Positive reinforcement pushes you to continue working hard, hearing positive words such as thank you, that was great, moves you to keep trying new things and not always focus on the constructive criticism that can get you down and feel like you can't get things right. (personal)

6. Mentoring
